1. The engagement model
Audits and consultations are free. Paid work runs in two forms: a flat monthly management fee for the ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Quora and ChatGPT ads), and per-project quotes for website development and designing. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms and is separate from management fees.
2. Cancellation
Either side can end the engagement at any time with 30 days' written notice (email hello@rahulgdev.com or WhatsApp 092199 95905 is fine). There are no termination fees, no minimum-term lock-ins and no penalties.
Work continues normally through the notice period, and every account, pixel and asset stays under your admin ownership throughout.
3. Refunds
Refunds follow one simple principle: pay for work done, get back work not done.
- A new month cancelled before it starts and before any work is performed → full refund of that month's fee.
- Cancellation after a paid month has begun → a pro-rata refund of the unused portion, processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Setup or rebuild work already delivered is non-refundable once completed.
- Website projects are quoted per project against agreed milestones; if you cancel mid-build, you pay only for the milestones completed and delivered so far, and you receive every asset produced up to that point.
- Free audits, consultations and proposals are obviously non-refundable — they cost you nothing.
4. Ad spend is separate
Money spent on the platforms themselves (Google, Meta, etc.) is governed by each platform's own refund and billing policies — refunds for it must be requested from them directly. I can help prepare that request where an account qualifies.
5. How to request a refund
Send a message with your name, business and invoice reference to hello@rahulgdev.com or WhatsApp 092199 95905. Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 14 business days, with a clear yes/no reason either way.
6. Non-payment
Management fees are invoiced in advance. If an invoice goes more than 7 days overdue without an agreed plan, work may pause until it clears — campaign momentum suffers first, so payment issues should always be raised early.
